FOLLOW THESE 10 EASY STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION!
1. Submit your application either
online, or print and mail your application, rules & regulations, photo for the program, and your application fee/entry
deposit! Mark your calendars for January 9-10, 2010!
2. The sooner you submit your application the better!
Once your application is received we will immediately send you everything you need to finish your registration, including;
Registration Completion Form, Pre-Pageant Workshop Invitation, Sponsorship Guide, Checklists, and the Application and Entry
Information for all Optional Contests. You will receive schedules and ticket information closer to the pageant.
3. Applications that are received by Wednesday November 11, 2009 will be registered in an ‘early bird’ drawing
for two free tickets to the pageant!
4. Get ready to have an unforgettable experience! Start
preparing for your interview, organizing your wardrobe, and selecting the optional contests that you would like to participate
in. Just remember, the more contests you enter, the more opportunities you have to win additional prizes and awards!
5. Begin raising your sponsorship fee! You may have as many sponsors as you like, both businesses and individuals. Once
we receive your application we will send you “The 5 W’s of Obtaining Sponsors”. This is a complete
packet that will guide you in raising your pageant sponsor fee. Remember, you can also raise sponsor fees to cover any optional
contests you would like to enter and to cover your personal expenses, such as meals and hotel accommodations.
Sponsorship
fees for each division are as follows:
Kentucky’s Miss Princess Divisions- $100
Miss Kentucky
Jr. Teen America - $200
Miss Kentucky Teen America - $250
6. If your family has more than one child participating
you will receive a $25 discount off the second child entered if she is a Princess contestant, or $50 off if both contestants
are Jr. Teen or Teen.
7. All sponsorship fees are payable in installments, simply contact the pageant office to
make arrangements. Sponsorship fees are to be made payable to the Miss Kentucky Teen America Pageant.
You may
also pay a portion or all of your sponsorship fee on this website, using Paypal. No Paypal account is required.
8. Sponsorship fees are due by Wednesday, December 16, 2009. If you need an extension please
contact the pageant office immediately and this can be arranged.
9. All paperwork including
Ad sales and layouts, Optional Contest entries and fees, and Registration Completion forms are due Wednesday, December 16,
2009.
