We are so happy you will be a part of the 2010 Miss Kentucky Teen, Junior Teen, and Princess Pageants!  This will be an unforgettable experience!  This page includes the additional information and forms that you need to complete your entry into the pageant.

Be sure to thoroughly review all of the information on this page, as well as the pages you link to.  It is important that you read all information and each download as this will insure that you are fully prepared. 

Along with the information and applications on these pages, you will find PayPal links that will allow you to make a secure payment for any fees or optional contests at any time.  No PayPal account is required and there is no fee for using this service.  This allows you to use your credit or debit card if you prefer.  You may also pay for fees via check or money order by December 16, 2009.   

If you are paying for more than one fee or contest using PayPal, be sure to hit the "Continue Shopping" option in your shopping cart after making your selection. Anyone can make a payment for any contestant, at any time; simply enter the contestant's name and division in the box during check out and the payment will be applied to the contestant's file.
